Was it the fridge freezer?
This was sold 8 days ago so your buyer should have collected it by now.
I would suggest sending a polite message to the buyer that if you do not hear a convenient time for collection within ** days you deem the item to be unwanted and will be cancelling the order, which will fully refund them.
If you do not hear back, click on the order details, then far right from More Actions select Cancel this Order. Select the reason... Buyer Requests to Cancel. This will refund them, and your seller performance is not affected.
