my purchase history not update since 2024

hi my  purchase history not update since 2024 i try chrome and Firefox but the same ..its a pain to Chase items up that don't arrive without it

Purchase History goes back 7 years now.

Preferably use a laptop and Chrome.  On your Purchase History page,  go far right to  See Orders,  it may show Last 60 days.  Click on the down arrow there,  it will show a drop down menu of the 7 years you can view purchases.
