my listing was deactivated by the ebay while a similar listing from another vendor is still active

Hi 

Ebay deactivated my listings for "policy violations" for "Prescription drugs, or drugs containing prescription-strength medication, are not allowed." 

However another seller is selling the same product with the same description and the listings are active.

what should i do?

You haven't said what you were listing but on the UK site medicines are only allowed to be sold by registered business sellers
