I sold a phone on ebay & made the mistake of posting it myself instead of using the prepaid label, the buyer has received the item but ebay doesn't know because they think it isn't sent yet. The automated help is of no use & i can't get in touch with ebay to help resolve this situation so I can get funds released

There is no way now for Ebay to change or update the tracking.
