mix up with sellers

hi i have a listing on ebay and it is also listed with another seller i do not know why the seller is brgl1845 (0) can you take it off please thanks

Only ebay could remove it,so contact them here,eBay Customer Service

It's possible that the other seller has just copied your photos and description.

Unbelievably, IMO, to quote from  Bay's Images, Videos and Text Policy "When you create listings you give eBay and its customers permission, through our user agreement, to use your images, videos and product details".

It's astonishing that eBay thinks it's alright that photos of items shown for sale may not even be the actual one the seller is selling. How many buyers realise this?

It's also unfair on sellers that another seller is allowed to copy their whole listing, photos, descriptions, the lot. We know from questions asked here that this makes buyers suspect that one or both listings must be fraudulent.

What is even odder is that both sellers are in Hartlepool.

@red_magpie  is right,other members can copy other sellers  details when selling.

The other seller (new with no feedback registered in 2021 ) however, hasn't mentioned the scratches but does say there located in Hartlepool also which is a little strange.They may well  have issues if it's sold if there not genuine
