messaging wont send to seller after i ve paid for goods via paypal

i.ve won a item eBay says pay now which i did via PayPal now i cant contact the seller to arrange to collect the item as messaging puts up a blue exclamation mark and wont send .how do i contact seller. tried different browsers but cant send messages.

Some members are also having this problem and I understand there's an open ticket for the tech team as they are aware of the issue.

I'm tagging kat@ebay  I think she is in ' charge' of this issue and can add your account to this open ticket.

Hopefully it can be rectified soon.

Have you tried messaging from sellers feedback page where there is a contact link?

If seller is a business seller, then there will be contact details, bottom left of every item.

Trying every button on every page message box opens but never sends app and pc and mac..just a explanation mark in a blue circle .so I have a large item to collect but can't get a address the seller is 100% everything

You used 2 words which can throw up issues... mac and app!

Switch if you can to a PC / laptop , use Chrome and try from there.  I sent 2 messages recently no probs.

Hi problem solved sent a message which was not related to the item.from profile page and bingo conversation started ..all good it seems ebay have not linked the sake to the buyer as they could not contact me either..thanks for you help
