why can't i alter main page filters i.e. list view , or latest listing ,or lowest price for example

This was an intermittent issue as we had received reports from other users. After replicating on our side it is working as normal. If you are still experiencing the issue try refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies and signing out and back into your account.
