lost item - evri

Hi I've recently sold a watch and posted via EVRI.

The watch is lost in transit.
I've given the buyer a refund as it's not looking like it will show up.

I've tried the evri chat and called but just get told. we are looking into it.

How do i claim the watch value back.

if you're a private seller using ebay's Simple Delivery the buyer should have opened a "not received" case and ebay would have issued the refund themselves and you keep the payment.   SD items are covered for loss or damage in transit but the buyer has to open a correct case.

 

If that hasn't happened I'm not sure if ebay will do anything now but you can contact them and ask.   Request a callback on here:

If you've completed Evri's compensation claim form and they say that they're looking into it, all you can do is to sit tight and wait for an update.
