Hello, I purchased this case specifically for my phone model, but it does not fit. The packaging shows one number and lists three phone models, meaning it is universal, not the model-specific case I bought. I previously opened a return but closed it by mistake, because I selected the wrong reason from the list and did not receive a return label. The seller is delaying and has not provided a return label or refund. I request that eBay step in to issue a full refund, as the item is not as described. Attached are photos of the case on my phone, the packaging, and the auction description.
