item not arrived

help ! 

ive placed an order for some blinds and they havent arrived , i couldnt log into my ebay account so i placed the order as a guest i received confirmation details and thought they was just going to arrive but didnt , ive emailed the company but no responce  . 

Any ideas ??

You only have an email from ebay confirming purchase, so if it does not arrive then you use link within the email, to open a not received case. You do not ineed to contact seller, especially as seller would not know you by your ebay ID.

In my opinion it is unwise to buy as a guest, as purchase does not show in your purchases and no feedback can be left.

Hi , i dont think i even received an email , i was just in a rush to order blinds for my daughters room and i couldnt log into account for some reason and it said oder as a guest,i did save these though [image0.jpeg] [image1.png] [image2.png]

Put 'buying as a guest' into the help search box.
