item and delivery query

There is an item I want and he will include delivery after chatting, in the ad and adjusted price accordingly (item £99 and delivery £100). Anyway hes done it but nowhere does it say include delivery apart from messaging , am i covered if i buy?

If the item is not as described you would get a full refund of whatever you pay as long as it's via eBay, and you opened the case within 30 days.
