increase postage to germany e bay will not let me do it

hi i have sold an item to some one in germany and i need to increase postage and e bay will not let me do it

If you have ebay's Global Shipping Programme enabled you don't need to increase postage.   You only need the postage to send to the GSP UK hub and they forward to buyer.

If the buyer has any problem with that you could cancel transaction, opt out of GSP and relist with direct postage to Europe for them to buy again.
