i am selling my van and the listing only offers cash on pickup for payment method and if i dont select that method it wont allow the listing and gives this message ...

No Offline Payments selected for the site you are listing on or for the category selected.

Cash on pickup

That's the only payment method for vehicles.

Bacs/bank transfer is equivalent to cash as far as ebay is concerned.

It really just means payment through checkout isn't available.
