how to post cutlery items

Can anyone help me to find a postage service that is acceptable to Ebay for cutlery?  UPS is too pricey for the item value!

Cutlery with knives has to be sent using an age verified delivery and UPS is the only one available on eBay since Royal Mail withdrew their service for non account holders

Not really as you are a private seller the service is only open to business's via RM site.
