I am a seller, and the buyer sent a return request. I saw the option of refund (including full refund and partial refund) and return (need to get a label). I was just clicking around to see what is going on, but after I clicked return, I only have the options to choose how to get the label and I can no longer find the option to issue partial refund.
How can I get back to the original options and issue partial refund?
