how do i send an e-bike battery

I have just sold my Swytch e-bike kit on eBay. The parcel I am sending contains a 36v 180Wh lithium-ion battery. I arranged for parcel force to collect it but now I cannot see how I can send it as it says it is restricted. I am not the only person selling these batteries on eBay so I don't know what arrangements to make or if I can send this by parcel force? please if someone can help explain how to send this correctly.

You cannot arrange delivery as it wasn't allowed to be listed on eBay, only permitted business sellers are allowed to sell e-bikes and conversion kits and used items are not allowed at all.

You will have to explain this to the buyer and cancel the sale i'm afraid
