how do I complete a sale that was done using a classified add

I am new to selling on E-Bay and very confused about what I should/ should not be doing.

I have sold an Item via a classified ad. I have received a message from ebay saying that the buyer has not paid

but ebay will not let me send details for them to pay. what should I be doing?

Vehicles should be paid for by Negotiating an acceptable selling price and only remove the Ad. when you have a definite buyer with Cash in hand or a  Bank Transfer is safely deposited/confirmed before handing over Keys/documents on buyer collection. No further FVF selling fee is charged.

Ok, so why are Ebay telling the buyer they have 4 days to pay and me that I
should not give out my details when as I understand it the transaction is
now off ebay?

eBay is a bit weird at the moment so ignore the four day thing.   Your phone number is on your listing so the buyer can contact you to arrange to see and pay for the motorhome.
