how do you contact ebay there is no way whatsoever i got a item with a 6 year warranty and its broken seller isn’t responding and ebay is useless

If you bought the item more than 30 days ago I'm afraid it's too late to do anything about it on ebay. They only allow 30 days and don't get involved with warranties.   If less than 120 days contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

Another option, depending on the value, would be to use the small claims court, now called money claim online:

Also contact Trading Standards if it's a business seller.

Ebay have a 30 day money back guarantee but will not help you if you have had the item for longer than 30 days.

If you've had it longer than this your dispute is with your seller now.

depending on how you paid and how long you have had the item you may be able to contact your bank for help.
