Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right board but I have bought a pricey amplifier on eBay over 2 weeks ago. I was just about to mark the item as not arrived yesterday (it had a fairly long delivery estimate so I couldn't do anything earlier) when a message came through from the seller to say that tracking had been arranged through the above company (in the subject). I've never heard of this company; has anyone else? There is a website for them but it looks incomplete. There is a phone number which I have called but it's just an answer machine and no one calls back and Scamadvisor have marked this Company as 'may well be a scam' saying there were 'several indicators for this'. I have heard that one of the scams on eBay is for a fake delivery company to be engaged who will mark the item as delivered and there goes your money (eBay seem to automate their system around delivery information these days rather than the buyer marking the item as received). I have to say I am very concerned and the sum of money is considerable to me. Has anyone got any advice please?

Go ahead with your "not received" case and escalate it after 3 complete working days to get a refund.

There's not a lot you can do at the moment.

You can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date, escalate on day 4.

You have 30 days to open and escalate case, so don't let seller stop you doing this.

If  item does not arrive and tracking shows delivered and ebay close case, come back for advice.
