I purchased a set of solar wall lights that were advertised as having 1800mAh batteries. However, after receiving them, I noticed they only lasted around 2 hours per night — far less than expected.
I contacted the seller about the poor performance. They initially offered a 25% refund, then increased it to 50%. To understand the issue, I took one of the lights apart and found the real problem: the batteries installed were only 320mAh, not 1800mAh as advertised. This is a clear case of false advertising, and explains the short battery life.
I offered a compromise — to accept an 80% refund instead of returning the items, since I’d need to spend few ££ replacing the batteries just to get the lights to perform as originally claimed. After that, the seller stopped replying completely.
I reported this to eBay, but their automated system said there was no violation, even though the evidence is clear. This situation has been both misleading and costly, and I’m sharing it here to warn others about this seller and the product.
Buyers deserve transparency and honesty. If you’re considering these lights — don’t.

The MBG is written on every listing on the right hand side. Truly worth seeing how you are fully protected if receiving an item not as described, or your item doesn't arrive, but you have to open that relevant case within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.
It's a good guarantee!
