I booked a conversation with a specialist from Seller Clinic. The consultant only recorded me on the answering machine. I will add that I came home from the warehouse early on purpose. The phone was lying on the desk 40 cm away from me. Then I tried to consult with eBay, on the 6th attempt I managed to get through. After twenty minutes of talking to the consultant, I was supposed to be redirected to another department, but someone disconnected me. ZERO RESPECT FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS A 13 YEAR OLD EBAY ACCOUNT. There is no point in consulting with eBay, you won't get any help here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The matter is simple. Ebay offers help in development and then nothing comes of it. I only lost a few hours of my life on a senseless attempt to contact Ebay. Customer service is tragic, and on top of that there are constant technical problems that Ebay ignores. This is the truth, you know it perfectly well but you can't do anything about it anyway.
