ebay holding funds until shown as delivered is unfair

new policy is not really fair on honest sellers, I use Ebay funds to buy royal Mail and evri amongst others but won't have funds to buy them , so will pay on credit card no problem,  but, several times in the year I have ordered from a third party to complete the sales, either because my item was damaged or as a carer looking after parents could not send it out on time, but the tracking number provided by the seller I used to complete my sale, cant be entered on my sale as its been used by the seller I bought from to complete the sale. EBAY can control the cash we get, but this way is unfair on honest sellers

eBay do not allow sellers to do this, it breaches data protection.

This would also put you in the business seller bracket too, which would mean that you'd need to have two eBay selling accounts - one for selling off your own personal bits and pieces and the other for items that you are buying to re-sell.
