ebay balance withdrawal

hi when i go to ebay balance and click on arrow to get pop up box to withdraw funds,the pop up box wont scroll down to reveal withdraw button.only been happening for past week,before then no issues worked fine.

anyone else had this issue? have tried on another device,same outcome ta

I have never previously had an issue but I have just checked and, when I click on the white arrow to withdraw available funds, I just get a big, blank, white box.

Fortunately, my balance is only £7 and I am not planning to fund a wild weekend with my Ebay funds!

There is an open tech ticket for users experiencing an issue with withdrawing funds on the eBay app. Are you trying to do it on the app? Are you able to share a screenshot of what you see when you try to withdraw? Can you also advise what type of device you have?

It wasn't working for me earlier Kat.

But is working now.

I don't use the app though.

Thanks for letting me know. Could of been intermittent with the desktop version. I'll see if the op comes back with their example so can add them to the ticket for the app.
