ebay android app latest version

my ebay android app is reverting to Google play store everytime i try to open the app.im currently using pixel 6a feb 2026 update.ebay app is the latest and my google services is upto date feb 2026 .the app says my device is not compatible with the ebay app .any help would be appreciated

All I can help you with here,  is the message a Community manager left on these forums a few weeks ago....

Delete app cache and data sign our and sign back in and update with the latest version ( version 6.2.46.0.1)

It requires android 12 and up.  Check you have this version and operating system.

Now you've lost me,  my knowledge of the app and its workings could be written on the back of a postage stamp,  hence me using only my faithful laptop never any issues there! 

Hope though others read your post , and it may help them,  so many issues appearing with the app recently,  more so than usual !
