eBay technical issue

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I’m posting to get an update regarding my seller account, which is currently restricted. I recently upgraded my account from personal to business, and all the required tasks on my side have been completed. However, my account still shows as restricted and asks me to “resolve all the issues.” When I click on the link to resolve the issues, no tasks or information appear. Could someone please advise on what I should do next or how to get my account reinstated?

You'll need to ask Customer Services.


Contact them through the link below, it seems to be only an automated chat no Call Back option if using a desktop browser, but others have found a Call Back option on the app or mobile browser.
