eBay has removed a listing

I listed a dulwich jewelry box on my page for sale and eBay have taken it down saying that I am trying to sell it outside of eBay or I have an email or phone number on the listing.

I am not trying to sell outside of eBay, no where on the listing does it have an email or a phone number saying I'm trying to sell outside of eBay.

I have appealed it but I haven't heard anything back please can anyone help?

The bot can pick up on all sorts of random things, including a string of numbers that look like a phone number.

Links are not allowed either.

Appeals don't work.  You need to scrutinise your listing as if you were a useless AI bot, like ebay uses.

Possibly but if you gave us some idea of title or wording we might be sble to save you having it removed again, which could affect your selling.

It has been known for the end of one word and beginning of next can make a word only an idiot bot can see.

Okay awesome

This was the title

Dulwich Design Leather Windsor Jewelry Box with

Key

I can't remember the description exactly but all I can think of is maybe the bot thought because I said it was from John Lewis maybe it didn't like me saying that?

Cannot see anything wrong in that, but you may be right, about John Lewis.

Best not to put in names, it could be recognised and being an idiot machine makes false assumptions.

Try listing without mentioning name, ebay likes long descriptions, but the more you say the more likely something will go wrong, so keep it brief. I doubt many buyers read long descriptions.

You could even try the Ebay facility to do description, I do not like them as assumptions are made and seller needs to read carefully and edit out anything that may not be correct. The main thing is, if written by ebay they could hardly remove it.
