Has anyone noticed that help is now almost non-existent?
All of a sudden I have had my funds put on hold. It has gone from next day to "2-3 days after item confirmed delivered. Some items are taking 10 days before payout. The only reason I am getting is "
presumably this is because I am listing more. Does anyone know how long this hold will last or is this just "how it is now on eBay"? Is there anyone I can talk to or contact other than chat bots?

Cannot give you an accurate answer just that eBay messages have always been short on clarity, but ' unusual activity' usually relates to an expensive item being sold, which is not the norm for your account.
My bet would be the audio equipment which sold for £2995 , flagged this message up for you.
Contacting Customer Services to speak to a human has been an issue of late, using the link below some have had success contacting CS first thing on a weekday morning at 8 a.m. and using the app? As said it seems hit and miss to get a live agent, if it is the chatbot keep entering wish to speak to agent, that too sometimes works.

Thank you. I have always sold expensive items. They will not explain to me why I am experiencing this problem except to say that my account has grown in turnover suddenly. It is growing again because they lowered our fees and as a result we are listing more. Live chat eventually got me through to someone who told me it would take 2 months to get back to normal and then signed off before I could respond.
