I have noticed that eBay have removed the Virtual Tracking number. I use eBay to purchase my postage labels and send most of my stuff as a large letter. Since the 30/04 i no longer get a virtual tracking number. This system was not the best and not all were scanned but it offered some protection to the buyer & me the seller but now i have nothing to protect the seller (ME) So i cant see anything saying this has been removed from a business user can anyone confirm this?

I posted a couple of things yesterday and it was shown on the addresses for both of my buyers.

I am a private seller and I handwrite on packages so I ignore it anyway.

Thank you for your post. Just to check are you advising that the VTN is missing from the address line details on the orders? or is it the tracking is not automatically updating to your large letter orders ?

We are currently following up with our technical team the reported issue of 1st and 2nd class letter services tracking not updating to orders.
