I listed a cake slice for sale, eBay removed it as it contravened their knives policy. I appealed on the grounds that there were others listed including one the same as mine. I included a screenshot of the listings to support the appeal and simply asked why one listing is rejected and not others. I had an automated reply rejecting the appeal which did not respond to my question. I respect the policy but do not understand the the apparent inconsistency with it's application.
