eBay Disappointment

I have been a customer of eBay on and off since 1999 and I'm afraid that the level of services has become inadequate over the years I have made in excess of £70k worth of purchases but the level of products that actually work when received is to bad for me to carry on using this service! People are not keeping to refund policies either finding ways around refunding and eBay does not help so as soon as I have received my last few orders I shall be cancelling my account for good and I will be forwarding my findings to parliament and trading standards with advisory for the UK to dissolve any EBAY UK operations carrying on in the UK as people cannot afford to be victims of eBay any longer and also the fact the EBay does to pay or declare the correct TAX information and are sifting taxable money out of the UK causing our country to fall into further povity! It's time to allow another company to take the place of eBay as eBay dose not treat its customers fairly unlike it dose those who are selling products and swindling the little money that the UK inderidual might have spare! So it's time for EBAY UK to be forced into Administration!

These boards are for quick questions/answers.

However, your feedback does not support what you claim and eBay provide the best buyer protection possible.

Big ambition but only in your dreams, I'm afraid.

There is no doubt that buying from unknown sellers on eBay can be risky; the user agreement even warns users of this. But if buyers are careful about what they buy and who from, understand the risks and read up on eBay's money back guarantee most purchases can be made with reasonable safety.

What findings are you planning to report to parliament? On this account, at least, you have never left anything except positive feedback.

I am confused, you say you have been on ebay since 1999, yet this account was only opened last year.

Your feedback shows all items you received had no issues.

1 final point, ebay sell Nothing, it is sellers who use the site that do.
