dispatched order

Hi,

I have fulfiled an order on my ebay store and the customer has received her item,but I still got a message from ebay to dispatch the order (that the dispatch day)has elapsed. I did not use the prepaid label .What should I do to show the order has been dispatched please?

You can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).
