Some of the larger business sellers also have Amazon fulfilment, but private sellers aren't allowed to list items they don't have and then buy them from Amazon, giving Amazon the buyers name and delivery address. This would be viewed as a data breach.

It depends whether the seller is a business seller or a private seller.
Business sellers are allowed to "drop ship" i.e. to have items delivered directly from their trade wholesalers. This includes sellers who use Amazon's trade wholesale service.
No sellers, whether business or private, are allowed to fulfil orders by purchasing items on Amazon's online retail site (or any online retail site) and having them delivered direct to the buyer. If this is what they're doing this is reportable to eBay.

Previous answers have explained how some Business sellers use drop shipping, but they would not need to tell you.
If they are a private seller then they should be reported, not that ebay would take any action.
In terms of being ripped off, you must be happy with the price they are listed at, so must be cheaper than Amazon.

no not solved , i bought from seller on ebay
amazon obviously got my name and address from the seller
as i dont buy from them , so what gives them the right because they are one of the larger

If they're one of the larger business sellers they're using Amazon fulfilment.
They are not taking your order then buying the item from Amazon with your name and address.

they should not be giving out my details to Amazon
When buying online there is often a chain of fulfilment centres and transport contractors involved in sourcing and delivering your item.
What exactly are you suggesting? That every online seller should have to inform you of their wholesale supplier, delivery contractor and sub-contractors who may be involved in getting your item to you, and ask your permission to use them? Just because you personally once had a bad experience with Amazon!
