dashboard below standard

I am writing to you as you tell me I am below standard this not a great way of dealing with issues for sellers as if things aren't bad enough in the world from the forums the feedback concerning this is not very good for sellers where I feel we should be treated better. When we go to see how we can improve its pretty much a dead end. Then you rub salt into the wound of us becoming a top seller who sets these things up there not a people person my comments are if I have gone to send the item out then find it is faulty I would cancel it rather than sending. There has been times when the item cannot be found we are all human misplacing stuff can happen surely there has to be a better way for e-bay to deal with this I have been a member for a very long time and spent a lot of time in retail but to treat staff in this way is not the way forward I have excellent feedback but that counts for nothing. As things stand, we are at the bottom of the listings, so how can we improve?  You're treating us like little kids, are we on the naughty step? As a business, you should have email contact, as the way of contact is pretty poor. Hence, this letter, at the moment, I don't feel like continuing with selling through your site, as I cannot sell anything. Things are tough without this, so how can we improve? I have done 40 years of retail, and my motto was to treat people how I would like to be treated, but this is not an option at present. And to be fair or unfair, if it is due to late delivery, there is nothing we can do; it is often out of our control

You are not talking to eBay here,  but to members like yourself.

We are not privy to see any details from your seller dashboard , but it should show you,  the areas where eBay wish you to improve on.

If you wish to speak to eBay about your performance levels,  this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
