customer bought 23 items , hes using KLARNA payment

 Hi, customer has bought 23 items , hes using KLARNA payment to pay for them , payments seem to have gone through ok , he has asked and im happy to combine postage , he has also asked for a bit of discount on items and again i have no problem with that, my concern is how do i do it, as he or klarna has already paid .

i dont want to fall foul of ebay and i dont want to go pack it all and cant combine postage and he cancels and ive spent ages  packing 

any help appreciated

As the buyer has paid you obviously can't send a combined invoice but you can issue a partial refund for the extra postage.   To do that click on the dropdown menu for one or more items and use the Send Refund link.   On the next page you will be able to change the amount before submitting.

Buyers can only use Klarna if offered on listing, some of your items have it, others don't.

Ebay decide of payment methods.

But, as buyers pay ebay, who then pay you, you won't know how buyer funded purchase.
