i purchased an item last May, i checked out as a guest, so it's not in my purchse history and i do not have the original email, the company that makes the item will replace it as it comes with a 3 year guarantee, so i need to contact the seller to see if they issue me with a receipt, i have phoned them but they will only do it if i contact them through eBay, that chat is about as much help as a chocolate fire guard.
