contact a seller to complain.

I purchased scholl good quality nail scissors on 18th September. They have had little use. But today they broke and are now not usable. I tried to contact seller but a message says he can’t be contacted.

It’s April 20th today. I would have expected this item to have lasted for years. Is there a time limit set to contact the seller on eBay?

No limit to contact but they are unlikely to do anything.   eBay only allow 30 days for claims and most sellers stick with that.

If you bought from a UK business seller, their registered business address should be on their listings.

You can write them a letter outlining your complaint and explaining what you expect them to do.

Thank you for your help. It is the first complaint I have had on eBay where I can’t contact this seller. I don’t give up easily so will persist for now.
