compromised account for Item

Dear team, 

 

I received an email from ebay for buyer compromised account, 

 

I need refound but i seen this massage "It looks like you haven't paid yet so we can't process a return. Please go to checkout and pay for the item. If you have a question, you can contact the seller." 

 

Already I paid 13.64 USD‬ for the item by transection for item

 

cannot send anything to buyer or make refound to back my mony to my account in PayPal,

 

Please I need your help

eBay aren't great when this happens.  You have to open a case with Paypal.  Log into your Paypal account and click on Contact Us (at bottom of page) > Resolution Centre (at bottom of next page) > Report a Problem, and escalate it after 2 days and within 20 days.
