hi, I am like all of you, unable to send multi purchases on a combined invoice. The suggestion is to ask the customer to pay muti p&p and then refund. There are problems with this. Each item is required to have a tracking number.  You can not update the other items with the correct tracking number. If the items are 99p then I'm spending more to send, not cost effective. I have to wait for a refund on unused mailing labels (how long), I don't know. Think it was called a glitch! All I say is if it ain't broke don't fix it! Causing unnecessary problems that weren't there before. It's putting me off as a seller.

Use same tracking number for each item, they are all going in same package. Not that I have ever had to claim but have done this many times for up to 20 items.

Some members have thought of this workaround.

 

On listings they have added a Note to buyers explaining if they wish to buy multiple items to let you the seller know first,  the items will then be listed in one listing, as that is the only way for now, to offer one postage for a multiple purchase.

 

You then delist and relist altogether under one listing.

 

Not ideal, but could save some sales for you.
