been to shop 3 times they told me there system for click n collect was down went back tonight and was told my items were being returned to sellers as there new system does not recognise my bar code or item id then the seller will have to resend them tried contacting ebay nothing just keep going in circles

Contact the seller, explain what has happened.  When they receive your item they should refund .  Then, if they wish to sell the item again they can relist it for sale.

went back to shop next day and explained to them that i had contacted the seller and asked if they had returned items the lady said they had managed to transfer all data from old machine to the new set up and i could collect parcells good job i went back because if i didnt the sellers would of said i failed to collect them then i dont no what would of happend any way everything sorted and happy with my purchases
