car not as described in advert

bought a vehicle and paid for delivery ,car not as described 1; said it was triptronic gearbox it wasnt!

mot expiry wrong its september not  october.bodywork no faults almost showroom =big dent in rear quater panel rusty rear wheel arches (not shown on pictures) interior showroom condition ,has damaged switches!

contacted seller got the what did i expect for the price? repair costs £400 what can i do?

You should only pay for  a car on ebay AFTER INSPECTION, and being satisfied. Many of the cars do not even exist, so a quick way to lose money and no car.

There is no buyer protection on vehicles, so pointless listing all the defects after you have bought and paid for it.

You're supposed to check the car over when you go to collect it, before handing over payment.

There is nothing you can do here except to pursue this via a legal route if you have the sellers name and address.
