cancellation

I sell item , payment go through , paid for postage through eBay , but did not dispatched it , 

buyer message me to cancel the order ( he said click by mistake) , now I am trying to cancel it , I can not showing me order already cancelled , but buyer still message me saying order not been cancelled yet , I request to cancel the postage ( royal mail special ) , waiting to reply , I try to contact eBay but I have no idea how live chat working , 

any help please

You need to goto your seller hub and it should appear in the drop box to access click the circle with three dots in it you should then get something similar to below - bottom one on example is cancel order.

I have done it but show me see attached , so what is happened I have no
idea , buyer said the order still not been cancelled 😠 ( as his requested)
