can't select a shipping method

I'm trying to sell a simple item but when i go to select a shipping method the screen is blank, not showing me any options. I've tried to do this on chrome, safari and on my iphone and i see the same problem every time. Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch? thank you

Have you sold on eBay before?  Or,  have you had a long break from selling.  You may be prevented from completing a listing because you have not fully or completely registered for eBay's Managed Payments,  see here:

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

i have sold before, though a while ago, but didn't have any problem with it. I have a bank account set up and i've sent money back to it in the past, i double checked all of this but I still can't select a shipping method... could it be that i'm doing something else wrong or should I contact ebay directly?

It does sound as though there something wrong, are you sure you have a VERIFIED bank account on file, as going by feedback you do not appear to have sold for ages.

Shipping is all part of the listing form and as a private seller unless selling items in an exempt category you are obliged to use Simple Delivery. Have you read up on this “improvement”?
