buying secateurs

Apparently you need a credit card to buy secateurs  but I and my partner only have debit cards

so how can I buy them? I am a long way over 18

That is the only way to prove you are 18 years or over, for eBay,  by owning a credit card.  eBay accept no other form for age verification.

The only way round this is to ask someone with a credit card on their eBay account to buy this item for you.
