I'm so fed up with going round and round ebay's useless 'help' bot. 

Have they completely removed all humans now ?

I want to connect to someone who doesn't answer all my questions with the same completely irrelevant list of options

Hi,

If I get a 'help bot', I type in 'speak to Agent' (usually 2 times) & I get through to eBay's human help.

As suggested, type your question in the forum - add as much detail as you can - and other members will try to help.

So many of the problems do not require speaking to ebay, and probably getting wrong info.

At top of most pages and bottom of this one, there is Help and Contact. Just enter the subject and in most cases the answer is there.
