Hello I have bought an item as a guest as i could nit remember my id password and the item is not what it should. I have tried to return but ebay is messaging that the return is approved but the sender has not sent the return label. I cannot see the purchase in my activity as it happened as a guest and cannot open an account as guest as my email is already in. I am stuck and cannot see a way of getting hold of an agent. What can i do
