buyer collection

Hi

I have a buyer coming to collect my cart tomorrow however I do not know if he has a QR code or number to prove he has collected the item and my monies will then be released by ebay

My question is should I give him the cart if he has no QR code? or what evidence do I need?

The QR code is a good thing to have,  but it's not mandatory both seller and buyer have to have the app for this, and not everyone does.

If they come and have paid,  or preferably pay cash on collection,  then yes,  you do have to give them the item and this is what eBay suggest you do,  if there is no QR code.
