bought a jacket

I bought a Moncler jacket about 4 days ago , paid for it , it was supposed to be sent to the Authenticity Guarantee , Seller then sends me a shady message about the jacket being a 1-1 replica , i said cancel it then . Think i 4 days down no customer service and seller ignoring since i said didnt want it . Any body any idea if ebay still got customer service ?

Customer Services cannot help you hear.  If the seller doesn't  cancel, they are not obliged to accept a cancellation request, they are actually now admitting it's a copy,  and if this wasn't mentioned in the description proceed as below.

As an aside,  it's also against the law to sell counterfeit / fake items.

When you receive the item,  you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy, if you open that case withing 30 days.

Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

He never sent the item , told me it was a copy after I paid , just no eBay customer service , place has went downhill .

1 day after estimated delivery date, open item not received case, escalate on day 4.

Cases are automated, no need to contact CS.

You never need Customer Services for this as the instructions how to proceed are written on every listing.  eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee.

You cannot open a case for item not received until one day after the last estimated date for delivery.  Has this lapsed?  Then,  you can open the case now,  otherwise they may still send the item.  If they do, then follow my advice in my first post to open a case for item not as described.
