I have a name on my block list and it has been there for 4 years, yet they still bought an item off me and did the same as they did 4 years ago, "not as described" and returned it, is the block list a waste of time?

Are you sure that the ID of the buyer is exactly the same as the one on your blocked bidders list.

I have never heard of a blocked bidder being able to buy.

Thanks for getting back to me.Exactly the same, I had already added it to the list when I noticed that that name was on the list, so I just left it and clicked load and then checking it a bit later the second addition had disappeared, so I checked the spelling and the full stop, even though I had copied and pasted it.Maybe somebody else has come across this.Thanks for the reply.
