hi has any one had this issue ,
selling to an Ebay member in other countries that Ebay global shipping is not active .
I sold the item to a London address was sent well packaged for this.
this address turn out to be a pop up export shop where the item was then being forwarded
to Vietnam .
many many weeks later the buyer reports arrived totally destroyed .
a twist in this is the item being show smashed up was not the item i sent.
but one i think they all ready owned
as they are numbered limited editions
so now waiting to see what comes back in the return.
my question is am I or why am I responsible for any forwarding of my parcel by a third party person and the next and the next etc until it finally gets to the buyers address , in who knows where , when i sell
i feel this is a loop hole that should be not allowed,
or the item needs to be opened and checked with photos
to me at the uk destination to end my responsibility for damage after this it should be the next couriers responsibility
what do you all think
