Hi I'am 56 years old with 2 credit cards try to buy a set of drill bits to drill a hole but i need to verify my age when you submit the card details it says there is a problem and can't proceed

Which device or browser are you using to add those cards?

If the app,  switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome that seems to work best with eBay.
